I bought a Farma loader, very good advice and very good service. Wayne and Brad are very nice. They know their product well. I love their concept of always finding the best products on the market at the best price. They are not trying to sell us anything. Thanks Piken's!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. They sent a grapple to NH to us and then thing leaked the first 5 minutes. Never got back in touch with me, never tried to help out or back their products. So now we are stuck with a useless grapple. We dumped money into it to try to fix all the bad issues and it still doesn't work. We paid $3800.00 US dollars and it's been a lemon. Don't buy one. I'm so disappointed with these people and their product.
