Very surly reaction to my poor French, he refused to help me find steel-wool .. not his department; or sandpaper .. not his department. However, I needed eight cans of paint, tinted cream. Obviously unhappy, he filled my order, leaving one can untinted. This was discovered half-way through the painting and taken care of with a trip to Dollarama for small bottles of acrylic art paint. I am almost seventy yrs old, English speaking from Ontario and believe politics should not be manifested on the job.

We had a particularly negative experience with the paint department and upon review found we don't get the kind of service we expect from a hardware partner. We go to a hardware store about once a week but not this one.
