We called on Piché-Fortin Excavation to obtain a second opinion on the condition of our sewer drains following a backflow in the basement. We got a quick appointment for the next day and a detailed report of the situation. We were impressed with the professionalism of the team of plumbers that were sent. They offered us quick, courteous service, answered all of our questions and this greatly helped us in our dealings with the City.

Malgré des délais très rapide, il a su trouver de temps pour envoyer un technicien sur place. Super prise en charge et bel accompagnement. Le technicien a su nous expliquer chacune des étapes du processus, ce qui nous a permis de mieux comprendre dans quel projet on s'embarquait. Mon inspecteur m'a demandé ses coordonnées suite aux recommandations reçues. I use the services of Mr. Fortin for the inspection of French drains before buying a house. Despite the very short delays, he was able to find time to send a technician on site. Great support and great support. The technician was able to explain each step of the process to us, which allowed us to better understand what project we were getting into. My inspector asked me for his contact details following the recommendations received.

Au point de départ j'avais deux projets de rénovations: isoler la fondation de mon triplex et poser un drain français et de l'autre changer l'escalier. Dans les deux cas j'avais demandé une soumission en 2019. Pour l'escalier il y avait un petit différentiel dans le coût mais pour l'autre soumissionnaire c'était rendu le double du prix....Jamais avec mon ratio la caisse aurait accepté une telle majoration. Je me suis donc tourné vers Piché Fortin en demandant si on pouvait coller à mon budget. Ils l'ont fait.Puis s'est amené l'équipe technique. Des jeunes pour la plupart très discipliné Impressionnant Toujous au boulot, ne s'arrêtant que pour luncher. Je n'ai jamais vu ça ailleurs Quest-ce que j'en ai vu ailleurs des pauses cigarettes qui se multipliaient ou se demandant où les gars sont passés. Ils ont accompli le travail dans les temps et ont tout bien nettoyé. Du six étoiles! Daniel Rolland First of all, I would like to point out that I am entirely free to comment. At the start I had two renovation projects: insulate the foundation of my triplex and install a French drain and on the other change the staircase. In both cases I had requested a quote in 2019. For the staircase there was a small differential in the cost but for the other bidder it was double the price....Never with my cash ratio would have accepted such an increase. So I turned to Piché Fortin asking if we could stick to my budget. They did. Then came the technical team. Young people for the most part very disciplined Impressive Always at work, only stopping for lunch. I've never seen that elsewhere What have I seen elsewhere cigarette breaks that multiplied or wondering where the guys went. They got the job done on time and cleaned everything up nicely. Six stars! D	Dominik Allard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid 400$ for a french drain inspection to get a guy stick a camera into a drain that was for my gutters and tell me I "might" have a drain. Bottom line the next day I found the drain after 5min and they want to charge me another 400$ for another inspection.... look somewhere else!
