★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took both my dad and sister here after reading all the great reviews however, I was so wrong. I got to sit in on the physiotherapy sessions and I was not impressed. Every time we went I had to remind them what the doctors told us and what the issue is. All they ever did was massage for about 5 minutes, then put an ice pack on for majority of the time followed by another 5 minute massage. We went for several sessions but there was never any progress. Such a waste of our time and money! Luckily we found another physiotherapist who was for sure slightly more expensive but we saw such great results and fast recovery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gurdev Vaid is the best massage therapist I would like to say. She is perfect in her professonal approach, knows her job & I am glad to be her client for the last 3 years. You have to wait few weeks to get appointment from her so plan accordingly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been dealing with Physiotherapy first for few years.the staff is very friendly. My massage therapist Gurdev Vaid is an excellent massage therapist not only she provides excellent massage but also shows different exercise to do at home.
I have already referred couple of colleagues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was introduced to Physiotherapy first by my husband and have been coming here for a few years. The team overall is fantastic. Very accommodating with my busy work schedule (thank you to the ladies at the front). I do physio with Gagan and Ayesha, this is my second pregnancy that these ladies have been helping me through and massage with Gurdev. I would recommend this team and place in a heartbeat!
