★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Physiomed Sherway has a fabulous staff, location, and office. I do come back time and again for the staff specifically. I have seen both of their chiropractors, the chiropodist, and both physiotherapists and have felt welcome and well-treated each time. The orthotics I’ve purchased have lasted years and I have even had them resurfaced! Claudia is friendly, easy to talk to, and good at what she does. I highly recommend these lovely people, their products, and their expertise!

In the beginning I noticed a high turnover in staff but lately it’s been very consistent, and the current stuff don’t disappoint and provide amazing care and service. Id highly recommend them especially if you have a WSIB claim, few places take those so it’s good to know they take them and continue to provide a high standard of service

He made the appointment through his insurance provider, SunLife, with a masseuse registered in the app. Made an appointment, even received a confirmation email. Turn up to the appointment, having paid for parking even, to the staff there saying I never had an appointment there, that the masseuse doesn’t work there anymore, that SunLife is making appointments not on their books. They were rude and offered no apologies or solutions to the problem at hand. Are they even making moves to remove themselves from SunLife as a provider? If this happened to me, and from the way they were speaking, it must have already happened and will continue to happen to others. Totally unacceptable that these people were meh, genuinely unprofessional, and shrugging away clients who came in having made time to patronize their business. Needless to say, my boyfriend and I will not be making any further appointments with this business or recommending anyone to even try. PhysioMed Sherway is a joke.
