Nous avons fait affaire avec cette entreprise trois fois. La première fois obligés, car c'est le seul coin qui fait des photos passeport pour les bébés.
La 2e fois, ils nous ont offert une séance photo gratuite avec une impression. Que nous n'avons jamais reçu.
Trop tard pour la 3e fois, on avait déjà acheté un forfait avec séance photo avec photographe professionnel. Voici tous les problèmes que nous avons eu en plus:
1. Nous avons demandé photo en studio, ils nous ont donné "sur place" et cela signifie à la maison ou ailleurs. Ils n'ont pas voulu le changer par la suite.
2. On a pris r-v pour un dimanche, ils nous ont appelé vendredi pour annuler, pour nous rappeler dimanche à 8 am et nous dire que le photographe allait venir quand même.
3. On a du rappeler pour obtenir notre album une première fois. Ils ne trouvaient pas l'album. On a fait au moins 5 appels et 4 allers-retours dans leur magasin pendant 1 mois. À chaque fois, c'était...on ne sait pas où il est, on l'a pas encore reçu, il faut un r-v. Alors qu'eux mêmes, nous avaient confirmé par téléphone que l'album était là.
4. Finalement, on avait notre album....mais on n'avait pas lu les petits caractères...ce n'était pas 5 photos...sinon 5 impressions de la même photo.
5. Ils nous avait promis un petit geste pour "adoucir" la situation...ils ont changé d'avis par la suite.
N'ALLEZ PAS À CET ENDROIT!!!!
Never will return.
We have done business with this company three times. The first time required, as this is the only area that makes passport photographs for babies.
The second time, they offered us a free photo session with a print. We never received.
Too late for the 3rd time, we had already purchased a package with photo session with a professional photographer. Here are all the problems we had in addition:
1. We asked for photo studio, they gave us "on the spot" and that means at home or elsewhere. They did not want to change it later.
2. r-v was taken for a Sunday, they called us on Friday to cancel, to remind us Sunday at 8 am and we say that the photographer was coming anyway.
3. We had to remind our album for the first time. They did not find the album. It was at least 5 calls and 4 round trips in their store for 1 month. Each time, it was ... we do not know where he is, we have not yet received, you have a r-c. Then they themselves, we had confirmed by phone that the album was there.
4. Finally, we had our album .... but we did not read the fine print ... it was not 5 photos ... otherwise 5 prints of the same picture.
5. They promised us a small gesture to "soften" the situation ... they changed their mind later.
DO NOT GO THERE !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely avoid this place. Overpriced and cheating. Their photos have been refused by admission and I have the letter the officer gave to refund! But they refused. Rubbish service.
