★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experiences I have encountered. I was new to Edmonton and I wanted a photographer for my sons birthday party. When I contacted Usman, he advised his fees accordingly($300 for an hour and a half) and I was happy to pay.
The first experience was the fact that he wanted me to pay upfront 3 days before the event which I found odd but ignored and compromised to paying half the amount and the rest just before the event.
Everything went smoothly until he sent the final photos. These photos were not edited at all. This man literally took raw pictures and then sat with them in his studio for an entire week and sent them to me. I say this because when I told him to send me the raw photos such that a photographer friend of mine could edit them instead, and he sent the exact same photos. Now for someone I paid $300, you should at-least edit one or two pictures. When I tried to tell
Him I wasn’t happy with the pictures, he kept saying I signed a contact and he didn’t have to make any changes.
I advise you to find someone better and avoid getting ripped off by this “person”. Terrible terrible service.
