β β β β β First timer here. I had the "bun rieu" and the soup is so salty, I requested no pork or onions but they still do it. My friend had the beef pad thai, the presentation look really bad and the sauce wasn't good. In general the food is boring, we barely touch the food. Never again.

β β β β β I always see a stream of people coming in and out of this place, so I decided to try. I got V16 vermecilli with grilled chicken and shrimp on sugarcane. Flavours are on point. The shrimp was very good. Sauce was very good too, nice hint of sweet, savoury fish sauce. I do wish there was a little more chicken to eat with my vermecilli but not complaining. Next will have to try the pho

β β β β β We went during the pandemic restrictions and found it to be clean and not that busy. The food was brought quickly. The prices were slightly higher as compared to other pho places around here. Not the best flavors, but the food was fine. Overall it is OK, would go back if I didn't want to drive 5 mins more but some pho places around here are better quality and value for the money.

β β β β β I ordered large noodle soup thinking I would get bigger portion of everything compared to the small. Turnout, I just got a bigger bowl with more soup for $4 extra compared to small. Only 1or2piece of meat and not enough noodle to even fill a small bowl. Meat quality was also low. The beef had a lot of skin part to it that I have never seen in other Pho restaurant when I order similar beef soup.
My husband ordered a rice dish. The rice quality is low too. Never coming to this restaurant again

β β β β β What makes this place different from other Vietamese restaurants in the area is that they serve their phΓ³ always hot. With clear broth and decent amount of noodles and meat toppings, a perfect meal anytime. What else? Broken rice? Yes, lots of choices. This place is small, but their food is delicious and served in large portions. It's highly recommended.

β β β β β Edit: Came back a second time, but was sorely disappointed. When we went in everything was good, however it was interesting to note that the restaurant staff did not check for vaccine passports as mandated. It could be inferred that they are not following Provincial guidelines for restaurant safety.
Regardless, I ordered food for my parents who were visiting and myself. My parents enjoyed their food, however the staff prepared an incorrect order for myself. I ordered an S4 and they provided an S14. They manager/owner refused to change the order to what was requested despite the insistence by his staff and us. An unfortunate experience as I was a regular and the manager found it more prudent to save a couple bucks than provide what was actually ordered. It's clear that although the food is great, that the service and integrity of the restaurant is questionable. I've posted a picture of the order itself and you can decide for yourself if this place is worth the headache or to just go to a different pho location with equally delicious food, but with superior service where the customer experience is valued.
