★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pho bowls were good that my husband and I ordered. The beef tendon in my soup was a little...crunchy? in places but it didn't bother me too much. The pork spring rolls were OK. The filling was good but the spring roll wrap itself was maybe deep fried too much cause it was a bit tough and not very crispy. All the portions were really generous though and the owner was so friendly and thoughtful (bringing my daughter an extra bowl and fork without me even having to ask).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed a doordash order for pickup but when I got to the restaurant the cashier told me he had given my order to someone else. According to his words some guy walked in with a red doordash bag, asked for my order and he just handed it out without confirming my order number, which would be the proper way to do it. This has never happened to me before. I think the cashier was not paying attention and made a mistake. Only I don't understand why he assumed that a female customer would come pick up her order as a man with a red doordash bag. It wasnt a delivery order. Doordash customer service apologized for the inconvenience and refunded my money. However, I'm giving this restaurant 1 star because the gentleman at the restaurant never admitted that he made a mistake and gave my order to some random man off the street without following a proper procedure for pickup. Instead he tried to blame everyone else in this situation including doordash. The right thing to do would have been to simply acknowledge your mistake and replace my order. But he didn't even offer that. He just kept saying "there's nothing I can do about this". It's incredible how difficult it is for humans to simply admit their mistakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While there is nothing wrong with food quality, it is unfortunate the owner is unable to take any feedback. I picked up my order and mentioned to the owner that my portion was a bit small on a previous order, wasn't trying to get anything from this. The owner then proceeded to accuse me of lying and not tell the truth. You can tell that this owner is quite insecure and does not respect his customers feedback. Last time being a customer here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Pho. My best friend and i could live on it. We have gone to many Pho restaurants. This is hands down the very best Pho we have ever had. The broth is delicious, fresh crisp vegetables, wontons are to die for. I wish they were open Sundays

We are so glad we picked a new Pho place, as our go to place charges about $5+ more for comparable dishes. We are glad that we did try Phở Phượng Hồng! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered Bun Bo hue BBH and special pho dac biet. As always I’m super impressed with the soup and leaving satisfied. Proportions are good, lots of meats. The beef broth is the best here for Maple Ridge packed with flavour, rich and authentic. I’m not from the area, but when I’m near to the area, I’ll find myself talking about the pho here and eventually would stop in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for dinner with the family. I had a pork banh mi and a small pho (rare beef and beef balls). Wife and kids shared some appies and the pork on rice. My banh mi was very tasty, crunchy but soft bun with delicious tender pork and fresh veggies. The pho was the best I've ever tasted. The broth was spectacularly flavorful and the meats were equally as tasty. My wife and kids really enjoyed their meals as well, particularly the salar rolls. The owner is also a very friendly and nice man who is very attentive of his customers. We will definitely be back, the wife and kids are already planning on what to order next!
