Fantastic experience at this place. Pictured are the photos special (large) and deep fried squid. Lots of parking out back where you can enter through the back door accessible via wooden staircase. Much like a resort. We were politely greeted by kitchen staff who led us through the immaculate kitchen to the dining area. Food was fantastic. Squid was lightly battered and crispy - amazing! Only critical feedback would be that the large size was a tad bit small. But great value on food and service.

Ordered rare beef, brisket, fatty brisket pho. What small amount of beef there was all looked the same and noodles were undercooked and pretty sure had been prepackaged the day before as they were so dried out.

Previously would come because their prices and spring rolls made it well worth it, even if their portion size was average even for a large order. However, in the most recent takeout order (March 2022), I was surprised at how much smaller their portion got. Everything is about 2/3rds the prior size, but the price may have even rose 50 cents. In Inflation hits hard, but I'd rather see the same quality and quantity of food with a $1 bump in price, then feel like the food amount isn't worth it at all. Also, for some reason, they precooked the meat rather than leave it raw and allowing the soup heat to cook it once we're home, so it was overcooked and rubbery. The noodles were undercooked though... Wasn't their best showing, so gonna give them a few months break then come back for a second chance to see if things have improved.

Neat little pho place. We tried thei salad roll, vermicelli and Vietnam subs. The prices are decent and service was great. **Update** Ordered for take out. Broth is very decent and it doesn’t taste like a lot of MSG like some other Pho restaurants. However they got my order slightly wrong even after repeating my order (Salad roll with only ham, they gave me only shrimp which I was totally allergic) but other than that, taste is still decent.

Easy to find with lots of parking at the rear of the building. Sign in sheet and sanitizer available at entry. Staff attentive and friendly as well as helpful. Large menu with all the favorites. Prices are competitive and reasonable. Tea was brought to table in thermal cups, while not the most aesthetically pleasing vessel, kept my tea hot to the end of the meal, perfect. Dishes were prepared quickly and brought to the table looking amazing, very pleasing to the eye, and the aroma...... just fantastic. The vermicelli bowl I had was a good size with lots of fresh and crisp vegetable and lots of savory meats. My only negative was the vermicelli was all broken up, I prefer it long and unbroken. Personal preference. When I the neighborhood I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone with a love of Vietnamese. Thanks Pho Holiday.

Environment: small-ish vietnamese pho place , not much to complain Food: pho was more thick than usual and was lacking in flavors. Soup was average, proportion could be more in comparison to other pho places Price : 12$, average Customer service: was okay, asian lady seems very nice

I confess myself disappointed. Being a pho enthusiast and a local of this place, I went in on a number of occasions and found the portion size lacking. For a large, I really expect more. Every time I've gone there to eat, I've came out hungry and had to order more food from another restaurant. And I always order the large noodle soups. The last visit proved to be the last time I ever set foot in this place. For the portion size and the price, it is a complete ripoff. The amount of meat in the soup is at a minimum, a few slices, completely unacceptable. This place has to have the smallest portion, or one of the smallest portions of all the Pho restaurants I've been to. I will not be coming back.

Ordered off of delivery app from here. Tried their bun bo hue along with 1 salad roll and 1 spring roll. Packaging was good, they separated the noodles from the soup, which is always a good sign. The garnishes were in its separate bag and it includes bean sprouts, basil, jalapeño slices, hosin sauce, and a mini wedge of lime. And they gave me fish sauce, and peanut sauce on the side for the rolls. The soup base was mildly spicy, and once the fresh jalapeno slices were added your nose will start to run. Normally, I like the bun bo hue with the thicker vermicelli but this time I tried theirs with the regular pho noodle and this version is still good. The meat was really tender and not tough so none of it went to waste. There was lots of flavour with the soup and I was impressed. The rolls were just OK to me. I am still happy and full so no complaints. *** EDIT 11 months later... I've changed my mind and this place dropped from a 5 star to 3 stars for me. The garnishes are fresh like last time. But my bun bo hue had a random piece of fish cake in it... and their salad roll got smaller and the lettuce used is all yellow. When you think of a vietnamese salad roll you think of fresh greens with the prawn and all. I feel like other places I've tried in the area give better quality.
