Kidsteeth Dentistry, absolutely amazing!! We've been going for almost 10 years now with our 3 kids, from when they were first located on West Broadway to where they are now on Austin Ave, bonus points for being even closer to us now. They were awesome then with my oldest who was a toddler when we first started going and they continue to be awesome with such highly educated and compassionate care, some of the same people even work there, and that has to say something about this wonderful office and Dr. Millenaar. Thank you for taking such great care of my kids teeth and for continuing to be such a great place, that my children not only look forward to coming to, but have fun while they are there. Great office, and really great staff. You guys rock and my kids love you, they even said so when they left yesterday, "We love going to the dentist!!" Dr. Diedo as he goes by to the kids, although my kids called him Dr. Dino for a long time, which actually won over my youngest very quickly, as he loves dinosaurs!! So it was all good, and Dr. Diedo didn't mind, he said Dino, Diedo, either works, he's great!! We recommend this dentist to everyone looking for a dentist for their children, you will not be disappointed!

Very friendly staffs and toddler friendly environment. Detailed explanation from dentist and very accommodating hygienist who takes good care of my child. They also would send multiple reminders so you won’t miss your appointment. Costs wise they do their best to submit the dental claim on your behalf and would follow up with you afterwards. Overall I would recommend this place.

We’ve been taking our daughter to Kidsteeth Dentistry for about 5 years now and I couldn’t be more happier with their service. All the staff, from the receptionists, to the hygenists and Dr. Diedo are all so welcoming and friendly every single time we come in for a visit. After procedures, after care information is thoroughly provided as well as a personal follow up call from Dr.Diedo to ensure everything is going well. I would highly recommend this office!! Thank you all, for all you do!!

We had our third visit last month (April 2022) and were truly disappointed with that visit. We had arrived a few minutes before our appointment time and waited 15mins before we were called in. The dental hygienist then proceeded to show my 3.5yr old child the tools she was about to use for his first cleaning. She spoke very fast and seemed to have 'rushed' through it. Being 3.5yrs (and at his first cleaning), my son didn't fully grasp how he was to close his mouth for the water to be sucked out, which the hygienist used the term 'kiss'. When the water started to pool inside his mouth and he started to choke, I tried to gently explain/teach him what to do in our native language in hopes to facilitate the process. The hygienist was very impatient and sternly told me to sit back down. Of course, the experience didn't go very well and my child got very upset (he was tearing up by the end of it, but he is quite mature for his age so didn't make much of a scene). Upon reviewing the chart notes, the hygienist also mentioned that they had made an exception for allowing me to accompany my son into the room on our precious and current visit as 'he was scared to go in alone' last time (this was during covid where everyone was masked up and he had just turned 3yrs). When I inquired about why such young children are to go in without a parent, she responded that it is to foster independence. My kids started attending daycare at 15months so I do agree that it's important to instill independence in children. However, I disagree that the dental office is the place to do that, especially for a toddler who has no recollection of visiting the dentist as an infant. In my opinion, fostering trust should come before fostering independence in a medical facility. I also did not feel empowered to help with my child's teeth cleaning at home, but instead felt discouraged/defeated as she only commented on all of the things we had 'failed' to do. She was very condescending and unwelcoming throughout the appointment and made my child very scared . He is now afraid to return again and I am also very hesitant to return as well. We did spend about 10-15mins with Dr. Diedo towards the end and that was the best part of the appointment. He was friendly, professional, and thorough. Two stars are for the Dr. Perhaps the hygienist was having a bad day, as our experience with the previous two visits were better. I had really hoped to stay with this office for both of my kids, but am definitely reconsidering that.

I brought my 5-year-old to Dr. Diedo for a second opinion on some cavities and immediately felt confident in his dental skills and his skills with children. He took the time to explain each cavity and his recommended treatment for each one, including sedation options and options for white versus silver fillings/crowns. I feel so grateful to have found Dr. Diedo after not liking the vibe at the first pediatric dentist I went to. The office itself is gorgeous, super clean, and has private treatment rooms (unlike some other pediatric offices). All costs associated with treatment were explained thoroughly ahead of time without any sense of being rushed. Dr. Diedo and his entire staff (front office staff included) make the children feel like superstars. During treatment they explained everything along the way in kid-friendly language and were super well-prepared to help ease anxiety. And to top it all off, Dr. Diedo called after treatment to check on my child and to let him know what a great job he did. My child was definitely nervous to get his cavities fixed, but he was so brave and in the end feels really proud of himself. I don't think he's going to have any worries about returning to see Dr. Millenaar when it's time for a cleaning. As you can tell, I am super impressed with Kidsteeth and highly recommend them!

We originally brought our little one to Kidsteeth for a second opinion on a procedure. We were so happy with the care and guidance Dr. Diedo provided that we decided to move both of our kids into his care. The kids always come away from their appointments with a positive experience and Dr. D follows up any major procedures with a call in the evening to see how they’re doing. Amazing! I can’t recommend him, his staff and his practice enough!
