β β β β β Just okay! The pho is okay got new additional foods since i have come here. Best tea you would find in vancouver though. Wouldnt regret coming here for the tea. Food is too expensive for the size so its not that worth it.

β β β β β Technically I was the only customer there at 2pm today.
The place was extremely hot ? even before I started my soup noodle. The server always has a strange looking
(Not sure it is her really look. )
Originally she gave me one tiny napkin.
As a result, I had to ask for more then she gave one extra piece.
Very mean. :((
There was no chilies sauce β¦. In the table under the pandemic
I didnβt bother to ask for anymore.
Please look at the dish and it has a huge broken area that easily to get injury.
I ordered a drink but it hardly had any liquid on it. I can only see those Solid ice pieces and those beans and jelly.
Very dry ???!!!
Not very appetizing right.

β β β β β My to-go place for Vietnamese food in Burnaby. Definitely the better place Iβve been to in the lower mainland. Highly recommend the P2 (chicken pho) with satay, it will change your life :)

β β β β β My co workers started taking me to this place last year and after some time off I went back. The flavour is amazing. I have tried a few of their soups but the P8, beef brisket and beef meatballs with peanut satay sauce is absolutely delicious

β β β β β Good location, plenty of parking. Soup is a bit darker but very good, good portions. They like to rush a bit at the end of the night so try not to eat-in too close to closing.

β β β β β We always order in and enjoy the food at home. Our number one choice is the vermicelli bowl with lemongrass chicken, Vietnamese roll and fried eggs, it's a great combination! The vegetable rolls are very tasty too. Satisfied. Recommended.
