★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to have some sand delivered, was advised it would be delivered the next day between 9 and 10 am. Which was fine as I was working an afternoon shift that day. Was advised no debit on delivery, cash or check only. Made a special trip to the bank to get the cash. 10 am comes and goes. I call and am advised they are running late and it would be delivered around noon. I tell them I have to leave at 1pm for work. They tell me to leave a tarp out where I want the sand dumped and then I can make another trip into town to pay them. A little frustrated as I want the sand dumped into a particular spot and do not have a tarp to lay down. If you cant do the delivery on the day and time you say then call and let the customer know. Or dont agree to the day and time if you cant make it. I didnt ask for a particular day and time when I called the day and time was given to me. I agreed to the day and time because I would be home for the delivery.

Phil is great to deal with, stocks quality materials and is fairly priced. I'll be dealing with him for years to come when I need material for my landscape projects.

We wanted 2 stones on the bottom because of the color of our house and was refused and the guy got loud and my face and refused to sell them. All and all over a $500 sale. Never come back We will go someplace else and we are frequent buyers every year.this guys ignorance and loud behavior should not be accepted by buyers BUYERS BEWARE!
