A	Anu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Covid booster shot appointment was booked for my husband. When we arrived, he was told to get in the lineup. People in the lineup had waited for two hours. Some were lining up outside in the frigid temperature. Other people, who had made it inside, were in the little pharmacy huddled up, certainly not social distancing. He decided not to get frostbite or Omicron and left.
T	Tailynn Chang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent staff! Similar to other reviews, the AB gov vaccine booking system was cancelling appointments without notice, but I found the staff to be very professional and doing as much as they can. Short wait for immunization!

I called before going in and they confirmed my appointment that was made over the phone through 811. I went in, it was quick, waited for 10mins after I got the Pfizer shot. Also the environment was very clean too.
C	Charles M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not book your covid vaccine here. I just went and there was a lineup of at least 70 people outside. In 40 minutes the line moved up by maybe 5 people. So not only do they overbook, they do not have the ability to administer shots in a timely manner. I would have normally just stuck it out but it was -20c and I started to lose feeling in my toes, so it was dangerous to continue waiting. I've never given any place a 1 star review and I would give this place 0 stars if I could. This place should not be administering covid vaccines.
M	Mia Leier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was lucky enough to have gotten on the list to get my vaccine here. They were extremely kind and helpful. Unfortunately there was a glitch on AHS’s side and many people didn’t get the right message and weren’t able to get their vaccinations, so the pharmacists were having to explain what happened. They were extremely patient and kind the entire time even though there were many disappointed customers, but there was nothing they could do on their end.
L	Lynne Lien on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone we met was very nice and professional. We came for our booster and were told they weren’t carrying Pfizer as the shipment didn’t come in. Seemed like it was back ordered everywhere so not their fault, but the fact that we weren’t contacted about it made it a bit of an inconvenience. Ended up getting Moderna and Ahmed was very nice!!! Lots of advice and was very friendly.

Be sure to call the pharmacy directly to confirm your appointment as supplies of certain vaccines change daily at all pharmacies. Ahmed administered my dose and he was informative and professional.

They are coming into work and dealing with irate patients whose bookings are cancelled without notification. They are professional and knowledgeable. If you manage to get in, their injections are painless. Love this team.
