Asking the pharmacist for an advise on their products on the shelves is like pooling a tooth out of his mouth.. I even said thank you after he finally answered my question, but he did not bother to say you are welcome!!! Unexpected from a pharmacist who went to college for many years!!! Les prix sont abordables mais malheureusement le service de consultation impliquant l'avis un pharmacien sur les medicaments exposés n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur! Poser une question au pharmacien est comme si lui arracher une dent! A peine qu'il nous répond. C'est un peu choquant de voir ces reactions d'un pharmacien qui a eu un certain niveau d'education universitaire.. Finalement après avoir reçu nos réponses et en le remerciant, il a meme pas retourné nos remerciement... Prices are good no dought! but the service is not good sometime! The prices are affordable but unfortunately the consultation service involving the opinion of a pharmacist on the drugs displayed is really not up to par! Asking a question to the pharmacist is like pulling a tooth out! He barely answers us. It is a bit shocking to see these reactions from a pharmacist who has had a certain level of university education. Finally after receiving our responses and thanking him, he did not even return our thanks ...

Les pharmaciens/nes rencontré(es) jusqu'ici sont super compétents, accomodants, honnêtes, rapides et gentils. (Tout le contraire du Pharmaprix sur St-Charles Est à Long.) (Je mettrais 5★ à la pharmacie du Costco s'il y avait le service de livraison pour les gens qui ne peuvent s'y rendre et des heures d'ouvertures un peu plus tardives les weekends comme chez les autres grandes pharmacies) ★ Best prices for prescriptions and no Costco card required! Pharmacists / nes met (s) so far are super competent, accomodants, honest, quick and kind. (The opposite Pharmaprix on St. Charles East Long.) (I would put 5 ★ at the Costco pharmacy if there was delivery service for people who cannot get there and opening hours a little later on weekends as at other large pharmacies)

They seem to take pleasure in wasting your time. They used to give you a heads up prior to your prescription expiring, now they don't. They promise to call you when they receive the renewal from your DR and they let you rot in place without calling. You show up for a renewal, they verify everything and tell you it's ok, you show up to pick it up after completing your shopping and they didn't refill it because they had a question. They have one excuse after the other. I'm currently standing next to someone who didn't get their Rx refilled because they were wondering if she wanted a refill. You still get your Costco deals on over the counter stuff but for Rx I simply go somewhere else and the prices are pretty equal.
