La société envoie 3 semaines plus tard après le passage du technicien la facture mentionnant que le temps de travail était de 2h50. sachant que l'entreprise se situe à peine à 300m de la maison où ils ont raccordé le fil de la sécheuse sur le circuit où il avait souvent branché (circuit de la salle de bain). J'avais signalé au technicien que la prise de sécheuse fonctionnait et qu'il devrait vérifier le raccordement. Malgré la présence du locataire ce jour là et le fait que j'étais au téléphone avec le technicien au téléphone à son arrivée et lorsqu'il a terminé, l'entreprise a insisté qu'ils ont passé 3h sur personne. Je ne vous recommande pas cette entreprise. A moins que vous soyez présent et vous faites décharger un document à l'arrivée et au départ du technicien. Le responsable est d'une grande malhonnêteté. La facture est passée de 180$ (1h de déplacement et 1h de travail) à 257$ (2h50 de travail).

Victim of a big scam on the part of this company. The technician only did 30 min.
