★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst managed Pets Mart stores I have been to. I tried to get service in the fish department and waited for a long time even after talking to two separate employees. Some items are also not consistently in stock. I have had much better experience in the Richmond Hill location

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since I brought my dog back from grooming he is acting strange. I always brought my dog for grooming at this location. But this time, not only the grooming was done poorly, but my dog is not acting himself and always trembling! It has been 5 days!! Even when he walks he is always turning around to his side, something seems to be bothering him. I am not sure what happened at the salon but I am going to take him to the vet tomorrow to make sure there are no injuries. I will never take him there again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grooming service has gone pathetic at this store. Earlier when I used to come I was satisfied with nail clipping and grinding. From last 2 times I am seeing the groomer is not bothered to cut and trim nails properly , and charged me $25 for nothing. I went for pawdicure for my dog and it was pathetic service. As such the groomer was in hurry. I am not gonna visit this centre again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never had a bad experience here. The staff are all friendly and helpful here. Grooming has been pretty good. Pretty much what was expected. Don't expect anything too fancy. They are pretty good with returns and credits if there's an issue. It's essentially my go to place to get pet stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The grooming service here used to be good, but not anymore. Today this groomer over cut my dog’s nail and cut into his toe, also scrapped his paw pads and ripped his skin off during paw pad hair trimming. We noticed it after we got home when we were wiping our dog’s feet. When feedback was provided to customer service, the response was that it happens all the time to nearly all the dogs who gets their nails trimmed at this place where they will experience getting their toes cut during nail trimming at some point. Just WOW. There is a reason people go to professional groomers to trim their dog’s nails. Please be careful if you bring your dog here for a nail trim or paw pad hair trim, make sure you check your dog's feet after the grooming on the spot to ensure that no damage has been done to your dog. Won't be coming to this place ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been grooming both my dogs here and I have always had the best experience with the groomer Brittany! She is so calm and welcoming and patient with my dogs. I have been going here for the past 6 years and I book mostly with her. She always takes the time to listen to specific requests and she is so easy going. Highly recommend her! There are other great groomers here too at this location. Attached are pictures of both my dogs from their last appointment :) Thanks Brittany!!
