The ? wash is amazing....the staff are friendly and helpful as there... Sometimes the gas is expensive but go there after 3 pm as the prices come down in the afternoon

Customer service for the entire experience was horrible and I will never use any of their locations again. On Saturday January 20th around 11:10 am I visited your establishment as a last resort to get my car cleaned. I never go to a touch wash in fear of damages but none of the touchless car washes in the area were working so I had no choice. Low and behold on leaving the “soft touch” carwash my side mirror had a piece missing and a crack along the back of it. Obviously I went inside and spoke to a member of staff. To which I was offered a rewash and that damages would be taken care of. Really?! After my car just got damaged you think I want to use your car wash again!? I was advised to return 2 days later to talk with a manager since he would have to look at the camera footage. Sure, I understand procedures. I arrive Monday morning to nothing being looked into and a manager that argued with me the entire time about the damage. His reasoning that the carwash could not have caused the damage because there was over 400 cars had been washed that day and why was mine the only which had an issue. In my opinion this is an invalid reason. You’re telling me if 100 people walk across a wet area and 1 person slips and falls the wet area didn’t cause it since 99 people didn’t also fall…? After going back and forth for a while he said he would take a look at the footage and get back to me by end of day.. 24 hrs later I was still waiting for call.. Frustration growing I call and am informed that by Wednesday I should hear something. Why was this not the initial information I was given? Does no one in this establishment communicate with each other?! End result. Petro Canada did not take responsibility at all.. Customer service for the entire experience was horrible and I will never use any of their locations again.

About 6 cents more expensive than gas stations in Ajax on Kingston. I avoid coming here unless I absolutely have to even though it's on my way home. It used to be fairly priced but that has changed a few years ago. The car wash is a nice feature but I rarely use it. Prices need to be fixed for me to adjust my rating to 5 stars.

I filled up my car and got a car wash on Tuesday August 24th. I had a Thule kayak rack on my car. I don’t live in the area and when I got home I noticed the padded protectors on the racks had been pulled off in the car wash. I called repeatedly that day to ask if they were there, so I could return and pick them up. No one answered the phone and there was no voicemail set up to leave a message. I contacted Petro Canada via email and left all the details and receipt for the car wash. I heard nothing so the following day I called the actual station again and got a very pleasant employee. He told me that the car wash was currently under maintenance, but he would have his manager call me back. He took a list if what came off. The manager never bothered to call me back, nor did head office reply to my email. My business and fleet will now be supporting Esso.

Its an okay kind of gas station. Washroom wouldn't be that clean. So you gotta adjust. There is a car wash as well. Customer service is a bit bad. They kind of train the employees of handling customers. Most of the time they would be talking on phone with loudspeaker on and helping you other hand. You have to pause till they stop talking on the other hand to ask anything.
