S	Sarita Alma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lack of professionalism caming from the guy behind the counter, first i bought a hot dog and he never asked if I wanted condiments or tell me where these are and second I loaded gas at the self service and I had a little problem with my card and wouldn't even try to help just call the number he said instead of just tell me to log into my account and lose time on the phone. Honestly get better staff with better costomer service and train them better

If you asked them or say something about service and talked them they always start to threat you I am going to call police. It happens with me twice. Once I asked about washroom keys and the employee said I don’t want to give you the keys. I asked him why and he started to yelling at me and when I asked him give me the manager or owner number I wanna complain about you he started to threat me and started to call police and second time I filled up the gas at prepaid unit and payed for my gas at pump but there was no reciept in the pump. I walked in and asked him for receipt and also I asked him why there is no receipt at pump he answered me if you don’t want to come here don’t come. I asked him this is the customer service you are giving to people. I said I will complaint against you and he said go for it and leave the place otherwise I’ll call to police. I left and then he started to note my license plate. He was the same employee that did same thing at same location. I think he don’t deserve that customer service job. Company or owner or manager of this location should take action against that guy.
G	Garry Preet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous service was provided to me. Guy named ATA swiped his own petro card. Gave me a torn receipt. He was very rude. They can’t even speak English. He was on the phone all the time while taking me. I would’ve given less than 1 star if I could. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Washrooms were very nasty

Then when you go to complain they can do nothing for you and that "it's okay you got the good gas". I asked to speak the manager and the staff member said "she was in a meeting" even though she just hung up the phone with her. Very rude customer service and poor management. Go somewhere else.
D	*Doug Schneider { hecschneider * }** on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick and easy access and most of the times a pump is open, so I go here for most of my gasoline needs. The place has a new store stocked with lots of products and the restroom is readily available and clean.

I genuinely think Akash woke me up more than the redbull I was buying from there. He made a short and routine gas station visit memorable and actually delightful through his subtle humour and actions. If I lived in Calgary, I'd definitely come back just for Akash. Give the man a raise.
