b	bat man on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New guy in the morning runs out of coffee 3 days a week, while 1 of the pots does not get filled! Simple solution to not have everyone pissed at you every morning
C	Clayton Field on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every Thursday for the past 6 weeks after 9pm the washroom here has been "unavailable" once because the key was locked inside and the cashier ( same One every week ) didn't have a key, once because the key was lost and the other 4 times because it was out of order.... is Petro Canada so broke they can't have it fixed or are they employing a cashier so lazy they'd rather lie to customers than have to clean the washroom at the end of their shift? Check it out and let me know what you think or swing by earlier on Thursday and let me know if it was open then... either way next Thursday I'm going there for the last time just to see, from then on I'll be taking my business anywhere else but any Petro Canada. Now its Nov. 30 2017. Tonight's reason for the bathroom being unavailable is that it just got painted and "it's stinky from the paint" funny I couldn't smell it myself. As I said and it is sad to say this is the last time if I've the option that I'll be using a Petro Canada. The lack of management skills and oversite for this to be a regular occurance is appalling.

When I visit a gas station I rarely review unless customer service was very poor or customer service was excellent. Also only if I visit at least twice. After all it is a gas station. I came to gas up and I prefer to pay after I gas up if I have the option. The screen gave me the option to pay after. I put the nozzle in and watched the screen waiting for the okay from the attendant. It never did get accepted and she never even buzzed me in. I went in and asked what was wrong. She just sharply said: "Pay inside only!". I told her the sign said I could outside. Then she called me a liar and we started a small back and forth. Finally she even admitted she had forgotten to switch the pumps over. I was very unhappy that she knew her mistake and never apologized. She had me stand out there for at least a minute and never buzzed me in and tell me she had made the mistake on the sign. Then even after all I wanted was her to change the sign back so the next customer wouldn't have a problem. This lady always has an attitude problem when I come here. Even before the incident. I just explained.
