★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A typical strip mall which has been a part of Sherwood Park for many years. I remember coming to this mall to pick up KFC at least 40 years ago. Now, sadly one half of this mall has been destroyed by fire. The businesses have changed often over the years but I know that KFC was still there. On April 25, 2021, a major fire destroyed most of the businesses on the north side of the parking lot. KFC, Great Clips, Little Caesar’s, K-Lee Boutique, Dr. Bernstein Clinic and The Chopped Leaf were all destroyed. It obviously will take a long time before any of these stores will be re-established in this mall. An individual not connected to the mall was arrested and charged with arson. Very sad, our hearts go out to all the business owners who were struggling to keep going through the pandemic. I will update this review as time passes to update this situation. I will change my rating as the mall re-establishes. All the businesses on the south side of the parking lot are operating business as usual. Also the Shoppers Drug Mart on the north side survived.
