Since the co-op gas store shutdown, I just switched here to get the gas and my lottery tickets..good thing they have also points system for anything you bought that accumulate points even the lottery tickets included not like the other stores.

Twice in a row that the pay at the pumps doesn't work. Attendant wasn't helpful when asked. Didn't seem too interested to help resolve their issue. Other Petro stations I have used have been great so will just use other locations and avoid this one from now on.

I take advantage of the full service because I can hand the guy a bill, tell him to keep the change, and not have to touch the pump during Covid! Guys are pretty friendly too.

0 starts would be better. Pay @ the pump, don't like it, but it's the trend. I really save money because I don't have to walk in, hence, no impulse items with the high margins. The issue is not refilling the receipt paper at the pump. This was my third visit, and last to this station. No matter the pump, paper is always out & they waste my time to have to run in and ask. Our time is valuable, you waste it, you lose. Fix it already.

Pay at the pump never gives you a receipt. Always out of order. They don't care to get it fixed for the customers because it's an inconvenience for them. Who cares about us. During covid you would think they don't want people coming in the store all the time for receipts but that doesn't matter to them. It's there inconvenience that matters to them only. When asked they would not bring a receipt out to the front door. Still too much of an inconvenience for them. Go to any other Petro can not this one

I was half tank full and I put in 20$ for gas but the gas pump suddenly stopped at 8$ and when I check my gas gauge it didnt go up. They filled my gas tank with air. I recommend going somewhere else to refuel because this situation could happen to you.

Time to officially boycott this location. One Two Five and Eight too many inconveniences. A late evening fuel up, with their speaker box cutting out speech every second word. Aren’t staff supposed to ask for your Petro-Points during the transaction? Well, they don’t & will not reverse a pre-authorized payment to scan your rewards card. Really, wow…. Could not understand their heavy foreign accent to make out his advise to resolve this. Call the phone number on back of card & advise the receipt detail. When I called & recording states they’re closed. Inconvenienced again. Better off go to 22nd St & Whitney Ave Petro-Canada Gas Station where they have friendlier staff who knows how to reverse a payment to include your rewards card. They offer Full Service Fueling daily from 7am-11pm. With the way fuel is increasing the rewards help save some cost. Save your time. The pumps on Worobetz are always out of paper rolls for the copy of actual fuel pumped & cost. No point to self self serve when you need receipt. Lots of similar reviews on repeat issues with self serve at their pumps.

I was a regular customer for gas and everything. No more I asked employee for something and he gave me wrong stuff and I told it change it or give me money back. He told me now use it and come next time. That’s not a answer. That’s not my problem. Bye bye you are losing business..
