J'ai fait ramonner par quelqu'un d'autre, lui a compté mon histoire. Il est parti à rire et as dit: C'est le petit ramoneur ça, il fait ça à tout le monde. Finalement le matin même on me cancel le rendez par prétexte qu'il pleut, mais il ne pleuvait pas et n'a pas plus de la journée. Pas fiable je déconseille fortement. On m'a rappelé pour annuler l'après-midi du rendez-vous et demandé s'il était ok de remettre au lendemain. Finalement, le lendemain personne ne s'est présenté et aucun retour d'appel par la suite. Il a détecté une anomalie dans l'assemblage de la cheminée et a réglé la situation potentiellement dangereuse. Il a aussi inspecté le poêle et évalué la durée de vie restante puis donner des conseils sur le type de poêle à prévoir d'ici quelques années (marque, modèle, qualité et grosseur). Certain à 100% que je refais affaire avec eux les années à venir. First visit this year after being referred by a colleague: The guy is super nice and arrived right on time. Très honnête, il nous confirme que même après 5 ans sans ramonage, nos cheminées sont complètement propres alors aucun besoin de ramoner. Durant l’inspection de sécurité de notre équipement, Marc a noté que notre poêle de plus de 4 décennies avait atteint sa fin de vie alors qu’une craque était visible. Aucun poêle en inventaire nulle part et aucun service de livraison et d’installation avant minimum 2-3 mois. Fiable et sympathique, Marc nous a conseillé puis procuré un poêle à bois sans délais part l’entremise de son réseau extensif de fournisseurs et s’est présenté tel que promis à l’heure et date exacte telle que convenue, au prix tel que présenté sur la soumission. Le tout même avant Noël!!! Je recommande fortement leurs services pour leur qualité, fiabilité et honnêteté. PS. En très grande demande pour leurs services et en opération avec une très petite équipe , les messages clients sont retournés en soirée donc il faut simplement être patient pour le retour d’appel et coordination du rendez-vous.
