J'ai appele vers 17:00 hres et j'ai rejoint le proprietaire Martial . Le lendemain , il etait la pour reparer mon probleme en peu de temps . C'est un homme sympathique et consciencieux dans son travail . Il m'a explique les erreurs que j'avais faites et les repercussions sur d'autres degats futures . Je le recommande chaudement a quiconque cherche un bon plombier fiable . I made a bad installation of a sink and tap on the 2nd floor of my house and I ended up with a water damage on Good Friday. I called around 5:00 pm and I joined the owner Martial. The next day, he was there to fix my problem in no time. He is a sympathetic and conscientious man in his work. He explained to me the mistakes I had made and the repercussions on other future damage. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good, reliable plumber.

Le plombier est venu changer le régulateur de pression d'eau (un de leur plombier l'avait d'ailleurs installé environ 1 mois avant) et ce n'était pas le problème, mon conjoint lui avait d'ailleurs mentionné. Mais comme il ne savait pas quoi faire, il l'a changé ! Résultat près de 300 $ plus tard, le problème n'était pas réglé. Nous les avons appelé maintes fois pour se faire rembourser au moins la pièce. Et ils mentionnent à chaque fois qu'ils nous rappelleront, jamais de nouvelles. PLUS JAMAIS! Very disappointed with EVERYTHING, do not be fooled and do business with them. The plumber came to change the water pressure regulator (one of their plumber had installed it about 1 month before) and it was not the problem, my spouse had mentioned it. But since he did not know what to do, he changed it! Result nearly $ 300 later, the problem was not solved. We called them many times to get a refund at least the room. And they mention each time they will call us back, never news. NEVER AGAIN!

Nous avons appelé le dimanche midi et ils sont venus le lundi matin! Great customer service! The very friendly and professional receptionist. Friendly and knowledgeable plumber. We called on Sunday noon and they came on Monday morning!

Ajoutes et charges des services non-nécessaires sans d’abord demander si le client est d’accord ou non de procéder. Exorbitant price, totally exaggerated! $145/h + labor + travel= $330.
