★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this groomer because it was one of the best rated on Google in the city, but unfortunately I didn’t have the best experience. My dog is still fairly young and he left more scared of groomers than he was before. They also didn’t seem to even brush him as when we picked him up there was still hair clumps all over him. I’m really disappointed in the service, but the staff was still friendly. I won’t be recommending this place or booking another appointment here in the future, but I understand maybe they are better at small breed dogs or older dogs. I just don’t think they are experienced to have puppies being groomed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to give a huge shout out to the staff today. I drove across the city for nail trims for 2 cats but the usual person that does it wasn't there today. The lady at the til offered to do it and I held them. One was a little more than not cooperative but we got it done. Great customer service. Thank you so much!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my dog in for a walk-in nail trim session. The front and back staff I met were super kind and well organized. I have a shiba who usually screams at the groomers, didn't make a peep and came out relaxed and happy with lovely nails. Took maybe 5 mins at most after they took her in the back and the pricing was very reasonable for the service. I'll be back for more trims :)

We have been coming here for a few years now and my fur babies, one dog and one Persian cat, always come out looking great.
My babies are both seniors and they take their time with them so they aren't so scared and stressed.
Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took our pup there today. He is a very anxious dog when it comes to nail trims. The ladies there are awesome. From the first moment I walked in they were helpful and got our pup in right away. He of course didn't want his nails trimmed and was crying etc. But the groomer with a little help from myself and my son got it done she didn't turn us away like others have because he is anxious dog. I highly recommend this place. And will be taking him back there. Thanks again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time ever for my two dogs, Bailey and Beeno. They smell so good and I can't remember when they were so soft! The groomers really do know how to handle both big and small dogs. Will definitely recommend people to take their fur babies to Peticoat Junction
