★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though her heart was in the right place it was very awkward when I had walked 2.4k each way in the rain to be told they didn't have the cat supplies we had spoken about and sorry? I'm disabled and this was very difficult from asking for help and having to walk both ways. Someone at the residence came after me when I left and offered a few dollars (probably all they had) to help and suggested dollar store as an option? If I had been able to just go to the store I would not have asked for their help. They did seem in a better position to help dogs needs but if I had been given correct info I wouldn't have made such a difficult trek that day. As I said at the start her heart is in the right place but this lady needs help to lead to less confusion and disappointment and provide the help she obviously wants to give.
