★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such an amazing experience! I have been putting off going for a check up and developed a painful cavity. They were able to get me in right away and took care of it beautiful! From the front desk staff to the hygienist and Dr. Chaing everyone was truly amazing!! Thank you so much!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being very sensitive to pain and injections, I had a bit of trauma with dentists before. I chose Peterborough Dental Clinic after doing some research.
When I called the office, Bethany answered my questions with such care, and made me feel easy.
Dr. Jack understood my situation with needle phobia, and remained very kind and patient with me, and anesthesia (which was my biggest fear) barely gave me pain.
Kat, his dental assistant, made sure I was doing ok, and our conversation made my day. She is such an awesome person.
Also the fishes at the front are cute... ?
I'm happy I found the right dentist for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an excellent appointment! All the staff I interacted with were kind, patient and hard working. I also think the phone texting system they have to inform patients when it's alright for them to come in, after they've cleaned the exam rooms, is a great idea during the pandemic. I hope someday that biodegradable toothbrushes and floss will be available to receive after your appointment. Otherwise though, I can't think of any other suggestions for improvement at all!
