★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to ask about changing a low beam bulb in my car and the guy that answered say it could take up to an hour to an hour and a half and probably cost around $150. Sorry but no one in their right mind should pay that much for a bulb let alone be convinced it will take that long.
I'm not sure if it's because he heard that I was a girl on the phone trying to rip me off but I don't suggest going here.

They once worked on my car for 2 hrs and diagnosed problems that, they believed, were still under warranty. They didn’t charge me and recommended that I should go the dealer. This garage has always been honest to me and my wife.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service! I went in the morning, without an appointment, to get the winter tires removed and summer ones installed, and it was done promptly. I did some shopping in town, and it was ready by the time I finished my shopping. Thank you! There was a previous post by someone who claimed she didn't get treated well since she was "a girl." My experience is the exact opposite - the mechanics are friendly and courteous to all women customers, and in no way take advantage because of gender. I'm treated fairly and honestly at South End Garage. Highly recommended!
