★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my dog in at 8pm, not realizing their bathing area closed at 8:30. I felt so bad. It was his first time and although, it took some coaxing we got him in there. The lovely lady was so patient with us and was absolutely great! She explained everything and went above and beyond to make our experience the best it could be. I’ll definitely go back just for the customer service alone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good supply and selection of pet supplies, pet food and pet toys. Some other products available include dog beds, cat scratch posts, frozen food, and plenty of pet collars. The store always appears to be tidy and clean. The dog wash station is a great feature to the store especially for washing large dogs. The staff have always been friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are very reasonable.
