โ โ โ โ โ All of the workers have their own personal and professional insight into pets and pet care. I always have a positive and informative experience when I am there. I truly appreciate having a PetValu in Swift Current, because they are so much more than a big corporation who knows nothing about pet care. They are all so amazing in Swift!!!

and Staff very helpful and Friendly.
I use the Clean Shower/Bath regularly!!!

โ โ โ โ โ The staff can be condescending and rude. So I stopped telling them what I'm looking for while shopping there. Then, when the cashier double charged me for a product and I immediately went back with the receipt he initially argued with me about it being incorrect. IF I go back, I will always ask for a receipt to verify my purchase amount.

โ โ โ โ โ The staff is annoying, very bossy towards customers. Hate it when I'm forced to go to buy something, usually wait till I can go to a different location, where the staff doesn't act like the "pet police". They act like they are veterinarians and the customers have never cared for a pet before.

โ โ โ โ โ Very knowledgeable staff. They knew geography of the store very well. Friendly kind understanding if customer was in distress over pet health and very capable of advising products suited to situations ie weight loss, pet behaviour etc. Any staff member is approachable but the manager is the gold standard all other staff members strive to emulate.

The pet food can be a little pricy compared to store bought with all it's additives but you do get what you pay for. ( No added cereal grains to boost protein levels). This is really important for cats who have digestive issues!
Always a pleasure to stop there!
