Every single member of the staff was kind, attentive, understanding, and encouraging. I will always be grateful for how awesomely we were treated, and will absolutely support this shop in return.
A	Aurora Mejia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The self serve dog wash was a great experience for both, my puppy and myself! First time there and we loved it. Clean, tidy and cute. The personnel was very welcoming and explained to us how everything works in a friendly way and, they clean the space right after each dog is done with the service. Comes with everything you need to wash your dog (lots of shampoo options, towels, dryer, brushes, detangler and treats). Definitely our new place to take our puppy for baths!!

It was the first time taking my dog to get his nails trimmed (we usually do them ourselves) and the groomer was wonderful! She was really quick and sweet! Timber was very nervous so she let me sit on the (very clean) grooming table and hold him while she worked. We finished off at the self wash area, which we totally love! They have 4 different types of shampoo to choose from based on your dogs needs, conditioning sprays, brushes, blow dryer and plenty of clean fresh towels to use! Another bonus is that after you use the tubs the staff come back to sanitize the station for the next customer! I can't say enough positive things about this place!
A	Aurelie Beard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've always been there to shop for our dog's food etc. and as soon as you enter the shop someone tells you "Do you need any help?" Well, a week ago we did need help to find a crate because we're travelling by plane with our dog in a month. We told them that we need a specific size.They did not have this one in store. We asked if they could check on their computer to see if they could order one for us. The person did not do that but called other shops to see it they had this specific size. She only called 2 other shops and did not seem really concerned by our request. We were getting a bit upset so we left and checked on the website. We ordered the size we need and it said that we could pick it up at the store once it would get there. The store called us 5mn later to tell us that they were going to order it and call us back when (or if) they would receive it at the store. 3 days later no call. We call back and the person tells us that they couldn't order one because they don't have any in stock. My husband tells them "Why didn't you call us to tell us ?" NO ANSWER. I mean.... is it so hard to call a client to tell them something as simple as that. And WHY the person we saw at the store didn't check their stock to tell us they didn't have any instead of calling other stores ? 1 week of going back and forth just for being told that we cannot get the crate. It's crazy. Now we have to go check other stores: something we could have done a week ago it they did their job correctly.
A	Anne V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ladies here are wonderful. First time coming here just to grab a box of greenies and some other treats and I thought my dog would be fine off leash. He ran around the store and behind the cash registers and jumped on all the ladies. Thankfully everyone was so sweet but I was definitely a mess trying to get him to behave. I also had to go in and out, once because I needed to leash my pet up and twice again because I forgot my cellphone but they were still very nice and willing to help me even though I’m sure that was annoying. Thank you Pet Valu!
