★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiny store but they have so much stock!! Super friendly owners. They carry our dog's favourite treats (Benko brand) and always have tons of options for treats, toys and accessories. Same-day free delivery is a huge plus. My dog drags me to the door when we walk past because she knows she'll get a treat if she goes inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff and selection. The store is clean and organized. I love the dog that hangs out behind the counter. I'm glad they have free delivery within the city for orders over $50 because I'm moving soon and I'll miss having them around the corner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in here for the first time over the weekend, and I had the best experience! The shop is fairly small, but everything was so well organized that I found what I needed right away. The ladies at the counter were so nice and helpful (I got free samples too)! There's a cash back program which I think is worth signing up for, and I'll definitely be coming back when I'm in the area. 10/10 would recommend ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the reviews are clearly fake if you have ever been in the store. Owner is very rude and even in one of the replies to a review, she states that she doesn’t have to be respectful just because she works in customer service… yikes. I feel bad for her employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful. We go as often as we can to get our cat the best toys, snacks and food when we don't have our stock from the vet. Though the store itself is small, it is stocked full of pet stuff! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very knowledgeable staff, a squeaky clean store that carries various brands of pet food and accessories. They also offer a rewards program which is quite unique and can save the customer some $$.
Their free same day delivery service was prompt and came on time. 11/10 would recommend Pet Mama!!
