Regular cattle sales are held every Thursday with slaughter cattle at 10:00 am followed by feeder cattle at 1:00 pm.

During fall run (Oct & Nov) calf sales are held on Monday, Wednesday & Saturday. We offer both off-truck calf sales and presort calf sales. Off-truck sales allow calves to be sold under a specific seller, these animals are weighed just prior to being sold. Presort calf sales allow calves from several owners to be sorted into lots of certain weight, colour and quality, these animals are weighed soon after they arrive (during the day before the sale). Presort sales are particularly beneficial for owners of smaller herds, as buyers may give premiums for truckload sized lots.

Bred cattle are offered on Tuesdays and Fridays in the late fall and through the winter months.

Bred Cattle, Cow-Calf Pairs and Bulls sales are generally conducted in early spring.

During the spring yearling run, we offer various options to sell your grass cattle:

• Every Thursday we conduct a live, off-truck sale.
• At those sales we also offer a video option, where cattle are weighed sorted and described by our staff on-site; the cattle are then sold in conjunction with a video screening of the cattle at our facility. The cattle are then lifted in accordance with the sale terms.
• A pre-weigh option is also available, where yearlings are weighed as soon as they arrive on Wednesday and are sorted into lots of certain weight, colour and quality (with a pencil shrink). They are sold the next day in one-owner lots.
• One Thursday of the month is scheduled for a presort yearling sale. This is similar to pre-weigh option, but cattle from several owners may be mixed to gain the advantage of selling in truckload sized lots.

Horse sales at our Lethbridge facility occur over two days. Usually the first weekend of May, and in Late September. Working ranch horses and prospects with great blood lines, are sold along side a selection of recreation and family horses. In addition to horse sales at home, we travel extensively to sell the highest quality running stock from across Alberta, as well as a number of production and invitational sales.

The annual sheep sale is held at our Lethbridge facility in mid-September, it offers some of western Canada’s best feeder sheep and an tremendous selection of breeding ewes and Rams.
