โ โ โ โ โ Have this company's window installed in my home. One window has a broken seal and has condensation within it. I was able to only reach a live person once in service to tell her about the problem. She said to email the details including photos. She also confirmed that the windows are still under warranty until July 2019. Follow up on my part (emails and phone calls) are ignored. Guess they don't stand behind their product.

They went to work and made sure every issue was addressed. Top notch service from these guys and Performance Windows & Doors. I highly recommend.

From start to finish they were professional, honest and very friendly.The people that installed them were super nice and did an excellent job. I don't want to put any window coverings up because I don't want to cover them up. They are beautiful! They are truly amazing windows and a great company.

โ โ โ โ โ I have been 'dealing' with Performance Windows & Doors via my builder who used them for windows/doors. They failed to install weather stripping initially on our back patio doors (leaving a 2 inch gap between doors to the outside from the months of December until March). Worse than that however, is that they have been scheduled to come to our house FIVE times to resolve this issue. The first time they didn't have any equipment to fix the problem. The second and third time they didn't show up at all. The fourth time they showed up and broke a part during repair that now requires further repair and another appointment - which as you might guess they did not show up for! I would NEVER hire nor recommend this company based on this experience. I am honesty astonished by the lack of professionalism and commitment to their work/customers.

โ โ โ โ โ I have tried to contact service and sales management countless times via phone and email, for well over a month to address year round condensation between the glass panes in my <3 year old windows. This issue is failure of the seal between the panes this allowing condensation to build all year round. Iโve had many homes with casement windows and never experienced this issue, even as windows aged to 15+ years.
This company installed the windows for the builder, but as many have already commented- virtually no acknowledgement or response whatsoever when windows and doors fail during or after warranty. .
The workmanship, ie. many casement windows locks donโt latch, condensation in 3 big windows and more seem to be slowly failing over time, doors improperly installed that donโt make contact with weather stripping etc.
Iโve brought these issues up to my builder and recommended they never use these fly by nights ever again. I encourage everyone to provide the same feedback to their builders so they eventually don't get any new or contract renewals.
Their standard answer to any online factual comments seems to be that they deal with the builders and donโt need to answer to the consumer directly.
This is just a way for them to hide from end customers and not address all the issues with their inferior products and services.
I will consider legal action if thatโs what it takes.

โ โ โ โ โ I live in low income housing my windows are covered in mold due to these people being cheap and have no knowledge or experience nor care as long as they have a pay check
My screens don't fit fall out my latches to lock my windows don't work get stuck. My house is freezing worse now because of these cheap windows.
