R	River K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s has it’s problems but next to pat hardy probably the best school you’ll find in whitecourt. Most of the teachers are great people, but that doesn’t mean they’re exactly great teachers.
A	Alexander Samson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This school was terrible. They have little to no mental health support for students, and the principal and a lot of the staff are horrible people. The blatant transphobia and homophobia I experienced at this school was awful. The staff were explicitly told not to use my preferred name and pronouns, and when they did they got a talking to from the office. I was told by the principal that “you’ll always be [deadname] and i’m never going to call you [preferred name]”. I had my deadname announced to the entire school on my birthday over the intercom. I had to argue with a majority of the staff for basic human decency, and I was written up at one point for calling a teacher transphobic. If your child is lgbt+ or neurodivergent, I greatly recommend not sending them to this school. The treatment me and my lgbt+ and neurodivergent friends got here was borderline oppressive, and all of us having nothing but bad things to say about this school.

We are student centered and we are obsessed with the community we live. At Percy Baxter we pride ourselves on our relationships with our students and our families to get through the middle school years together as a TEAM. We provide the best education to meet the needs of your child. As a child I attended this school and I can say it is still the heartbeat of this community.
M	Martin Tsang-Yong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know this school is worse and it is also good learning but the teachers(Mrs. Staffaur) is horrible when order to cleaning not matter how many times and some student was not smart just know it is good learning but don't know the teacher order to them to do cleaning it don't matter cleaned how many time the teacher is still not happy. Every Whitecourt student you can come this school but first thing check the teachers good or bad. If it bad don't tell parents call police or health inspector tell the parents call the bank worker lock down this school. Because this little bit violented by their loan. But every Whitecourt person you can don't trust the information.
