Great staff, prices are better than most stores and the inviting nature of the workers makes it a fantastic place to look for a special gift for that special someone.

Greg was happy to help us find the perfect rings and was very friendly and knowledgeable. (Stay away from the Peoples in the Bower mall!)

Last April I left a golden chain to reduce in size. I supposed to receive the rest of my chain ( 3.5 inches)with the complete order. It has never happened. They said that would investigate the concern. I tried to find out how the investigation was going. Nobody did anything. Called customer service, talked to the sales personnel, tried to contact managers. No results. I wish there should be some intelligent way of a problem solving. Obviously it's been lost as well, just like the rest of my golden chain.

Not happy with the service. The lady said, "this is expensive but I will tell you the price." What a horrible way to treat a customer! They have no staff, there's only 2 of them. What that lady doesn't understand is when you treat customers with respect, they will gain patrons who are gonna be with them for years, who might also have a big network who can bring more customers in. We were only treated respectfully when this lady realized we were actually buying something! I am never going there for my future purchases. Not recommending to friends or family either.

If I could leave negative stars I would. We've out of town, and I called ahead to let them know someone else was picking up the jewelry I had ordered online. (Fully paid for, obviously). They close at 7pm. My husband got there at 6:35-6:40pm to pick up. They refused to help him because they already started to count their cash and wouldn't let him take the jewelry. I get you want to get home, but when your hours are posted till 7pm, and I even called you to let you know he was on his way, have the courtesy to work with the customer. This "sale" wouldn't have affected your cash considering it was already paid for in advance and simply needing to be picked up. The lady was very rude and disrespectful. Will be shopping elsewhere now.

Went in for a new battery for my watch. The lady (manager) was on her phone when I walked in. I was the second customer in the store, with four staff on. Asked the manager if they changed watch batteries, and she advised they did, but her eyes weren't the best personal do it, and she would have someone else assist me. Fair enough, I can relate. Went back to her phone. Never did ask another staff to assist me. Waited two minutes, grabbed my bag and left. Zero customer service as far as I witnessed. I won't darken their doors again.
