Lovely small gallery, with beautiful surroundings. We went for the Bob Ross exhibition, which was a bucket list item.

What a lovely gallery! The highlight for myself was the Buffy Sainte Marie exhibit that was featured. Was there on opening day and they even had a zoom discussion with Buffy that we got to participate in!!! A new mural was being finished off as we arrived. Beside the gallery is a beautiful Japanese Garden! What a delightful hidden gem. How lucky the people of Penticton are!

the staff + board are very unprofessional and discriminate against younger staff/volunteers of colour. If you attempt to bring up the mistreatment you will be fired/ let go with no reason the next day - this has happened more than once. Their proud to be racist and their behaviour is disturbing. If you’re a person of colour and plan on volunteering here be aware you may be subjected to this type unacceptable behaviour. Edit to reply to response It was brought up to HR. Those who did voice their concerns of the mistreatment were let go the following days, invalidating their concerns with job termination while allowing the unprofessional staff to continue with this toxic work behaviour. The head of HR is very aware of what has been going on there. She did not take action to fix the problem by talking to all involved and retraining the unprofessional staff members who violate the so called professional work environment ethic that this gallery claims to uphold. Those in charge do not follow the HR manual that has been set in place to prevent incidents like this from happening, this is why employees constantly quit and several volunteers have left this organization. In conclusion HR is part of the problem addressing them wouldn’t achieve anything. This review is so future employee and volunteers are made aware of the possible miss-treatment they might endure while in this establishment.

Excellent Art Gallery and especially now with the Bob Ross exhibit. Original Bob paintings with wonderful quotes from him relating to each one, "happy trees and friendly rocks" and all. Lovely gift shop with great selection of items. Do your Christmas shopping!! ?

Went to see the Bob Ross exhibit. Admission by donation. Face mask required. Becareful of long line up on a sunny day. We waited 60 mins. Totally worth the effort to go see it. The staff is very friendly and they sell face masks there too if you don't have one. The gift stores have plenty of unique items too.

We ventured here for the BOB ROSS exhibit. The famous painter had his work displayed here for the first time ever at a gallery. We waited in line for about 30 minutes, on clearly marked social distancing marks. The staff member at the front door was so friendly and professional. We loved the exhibit and the gallery.
