β β β β β I needed repairs to my garage door and sent out requests to the local shops for quotes. One big local business told me I needed an entire new door at a cost of $2-3000. Don came over and reviewed my door and said all I needed was two new panels. Don and his partner ordered the parts and installed everything very quickly and also updated my hardware to a newer version. For $500 Don got my door working as new and he was awesome to deal with. Super easy going and very friendly. I appreciate his honesty and great work. Thank you.

I sent an enquiry for a quote which was answered promptly. Don was knowledgeable and very helpful, researching my lost garage door motor manual online and assisting with resetting the code. Another company informed me that the garage door had to be replaced at a cost of 'below $2000' and it would take 9 weeks, while Don charged a fraction of the cost using his ample skills to repair instead of replace. It works like new. A great experience overall.

My garage door was damaged with the car hit and I got other repair service they said it can't be repaired.
But Don did a great service and came on time as requested.
He fixed it in a reasonable fee.

β β β β β Don't go to this company for getting a garage door opener and getting it installed. We were looking at getting one installed. The technician that came over for a consult was nice. But the office is very rude. They don't want you discussing with your spouse about the installation. They expect a decision right away and don't want you talking about it. They showed up several days early without letting us know they were even coming. We wanted a different kind of opener, technician said that it was no problem. But the head office told us they couldn't do it without explaining why. And when my spouse was calling them to get a price, they kept changing the price. So I highly recommend you don't use company unless you want a huge hassle, incorrect information, changing prices and not being able to talk to your spouse about the installation.
