On budget, on time, and superior quality! PEMCO built my 2400 sq ft medical clinic from design, navigating the engineering, bylaws and city permits, and all the other issues working in a building with other owners. I have done several other significant construction and renovation projects before, but before PEMCO, no general contractor was ever able to achieve or exceed all three expectations of budget, deadlines, and quality. This was a very complex build out under pressure to achieve before my old lease expired. There were many issues in terms of how to deal with a medical HVAC system with limited ceiling spaces and conflicting infrastructure, how to create a very functional clinic but one that’s very aesthetically pleasing, how to keep the costs down and not just defaulting to the contractors supplies, but working with me to find the best materials for value and quality. And as will happen the little mistakes along the way that occurred through miscommunication between contractors were dealt with quickly and effectively. PEMCO gained my trust at every stage, and showed me that they were working for me - they wanted my complete satisfaction. The whole process was highly transparent from beginning to end - from how we reviewed the contractor bids and selected our team, to making the adjustments in the buildout for both doing extras but also things left out. Time and time again, when there was a challenging issue to face or a mistake, one of the owners, Kevin or Jeffrey, got involved to make sure things got worked out quickly and fairly. In my next project I’m not even going to seek other tenders from other general contractors -That’s how much they earned my trust!
