★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well located strip mall with decent parking. Tim's, Smittys, a fish and chip shop that's pretty nice. Theres an outlet for sleep apnea equipment, a high end shoe store and a Dyson equipment outlet. The parking lot connects with the lumber yard next door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to get to strip mall on good bus routes. It's got a great salon a casual restaurant and a few takeout options. There's also a gas bar if you're into that sort of thing.
The "walk-in" clinic is not very good (not really a walk in, just an unpopular doctor who often has open slots) but there's a normal walk-in clinic just south down Pembina.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed a mobile order and it ends up being a huge waste of time. Money got taken out of my account and on the app it even said that my order was getting ready. When I get there it is crazy busy and I don't see my order ready. I decided to wait patently in line. When I get to the gentleman he told me he didn't even get my order. When I said I got charged on my card he called (who I could only imagine was the manager) and they confirmed my order was placed and instatly voided and that I will get my money back in 2-3 business days. So I walk out empty handed, hoping that I get my money back and completely just wasted a good hour of my time. I suggest to never use the app if you want to order from this company.
