★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As far as condo I bought from them go. They did a great job in quality, finishes and fixing issues. I have lived in the building for 3 years now since day 1. Yes, it is not without issues but it is relatively high quality. I would buy from this builder again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I can rate the company by its customers service, it should be negative star. This is my experiences with the customer service so far:
The phone numbers listed: except for the receptionist, all others are on voice mail, I left messages but no reply.
The emails: the listed general email, no reply, direct personal emails, don’t expect a prompt reply, prompt means with 24 hours. When a reply comes, it is COVID this, Covid-19 that as excuses.
I have been trying to get items listed on the PDI fixed since June 7, it is now Nov. 11, I am still waiting. I have called and emailed multiple times since June .
Yesterday I sent email to customer care, to project manager, to customer care coordinater, still waiting for reply.
Today, I have called the following and this is the typical response:
Pemberton Group~ voice mail
Customer service ~ voice mail, on second call, the receptionist answered and put me through to voice mail.
Project manager ~ voice mail
Customer service coordinator ~voice mail
On site customer personal ~ he said he will look into it.
Maybe I should be grateful that the condo unit was delivered only after 2 years delay, if you are expecting a beautiful dream home with everything perfect, you need a lot of patience and be prepared to be stone walled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very negative experience for a brand new condo, no one comes to fix anything and I cant not seem to get in touch with anyone who can be responsible for basic repairs like the smoke detector is out of battery.
