★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zsolt from Pell Builder is Extremely Knowledgeable, he has a Tonne if Experience and operates his Excavator with Dexterity of a Ninja. He is very friendly, Great to work with, has a terrific crew and we are Extremely pleased with his work.
He truest goes above and beyond what is expected.
I definitely recommend hiring Zsolt from Pell Builder!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pell-Builder was one of several contractors we met to request estimates for replacing most of our outdoor concrete. From the very first meeting, Zsolt was well prepared, very knowledgeable and gave us lots of options. He put together a thorough estimate. Pell did a fantastic job with the project and kept everyone organized and on schedule. The paving stones he used and the pattern he made are beautiful. He built stone steps to transition from our indoor spaces (kitchen/living room) out onto the pool deck. We love our new outdoor space and so do our guests. I would highly recommend Pell-Builders for any of your outdoor projects. They work hard, are very careful with costs and do incredible work! I am looking forward to doing more projects with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have just used Zsolt from Pell Builder to build us a new stamped concrete patio. Zsolt was very prompt in returning our call and in coming to discuss our plans. He and his contractors are very knowledgeable, proficient and professional . Our Patio was finished very quickly. We are very pleased with the results and with Zsolt and his team. We highly recommend them.

He came prepared, skilled, extremely dependable, affordable, responsive in every facet of the job. He communicated well with both the subcontractors and us in a way that was greatly appreciated. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family was very impressed by the professional skills Zsolt put into our house foundation lift/repair. We put our trust into his knowledge and he successfully executed the foundation repair, lifting our house back up 5 inches to be levelled without leaving any cracks in our walls. Zsolt is very knowledgeable and responsible in ensuring a good result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old retaining wall for garden beside patio was built on top of patio concrete slabs and causing cracks and heaving from the weight. Pell took down old retaining wall, cut concrete slab to reduce stress to main slab, poured concrete for new base for interior wall with a drainage trench and two pipes through the wall to guide water out. Rebuilt retaining wall and changed top pavers. Inner wall is level. Some issues with drainage trench erosion still under review as two years have passed. He is working with us for a solution.

We really enjoyed watching zsolt operating the excavator , he is really a skilled guy,lol. Pell Builder was reliable, arriving on time, and even ensured the job site was always clean tidy, and organized. The results? A beautiful driveway and landscaping. I would highly recommend Pell Builder.
Note: We contacted several businesses for quotes and Pell Builder's pricing was very reasonable.They were even able to complete the project within a much shorter time frame than their competitors.
