★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After studying and preparing for my 8.5 hour exam for over 2 months, during the test I was given a pink screen error. When it came time to submit the exam, an error came up. After two weeks of waiting, and calling for status updates, I just received a call that they have lost my test and I will have to write it again.
This is so deflating after putting in so much effort preparing for the exam. I don't know if it is an issue with Pearson, or this particular testing center but I am livid!
