★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though big names have landed in Vancouver, pearl fever is still my to-go place for bubble tea. One thing I'd like to suggest is that it might be better if the music volume can be reduced a bit (since dine-in is not allowed anyways). The employee couldn't hear me very well and ended up not following my order perfectly. Nevertheless I still enjoyed the visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very busy little place, lots lots of options, I needed to take my time to decide which one I want. Ended up ordering a honey tea, it’s too sweet to my liking, I’m sure there are other better options!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really this place! They have lots of flavors. Quick drinks. You can make your own drink too, which is different from any other bubble tea cafes I have seen. They also have an app you can order from!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to this location multiple times and I usually get a mango smoothie with pearls. I usually have a positive experience but the last 3 times I’ve been here the pearls have been cold and not cooked properly — they have been hard in the center and don’t fit through the straw because there all stuck together. Customer service is okay, if you come here during the day during busy hours, you’ll sometimes be waiting 10+ minutes for one drink. Prices aren’t that great, but if you only come here one in a while I guess it’s alright to spend $7 for one drink. I would highly recommend other bubble tea shops in Guildford mall or around the area — good taste and much cheaper
Edit: they claim that if you email them you’ll get customer service help, but they don’t respond to their emails. I emailed them over 1 month ago and still no reply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love pearl fever! Always make my drink consistently well and never have any complaints. They have milk alternatives as well which is a huge plus! Staff are friendly, service has always been very fast for me even during busy times. I recommend this location!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consistent bubble tea for years. I wish the indoor dining was brought back since they seem to have the space. The drinks are a little on the sweet side, but I would still return if in the area. Strawberry green tea with mango jelly pictured.
