★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anh- A thank you is needed! After deciding to move from Ontario to BC for a job, I was referred to Anh by another realtor due to her expertise in the condo and rental market. We originally set a Sept 1 target until a job offer for Aug 1st rushed that timeline. With only 10 days notice, Anh didn't flinch. During the middle of a pandemic Anh navigated all procedures, paperwork and scheduling like a pro and supplied me multiple units that fit the bill. Anh was able to negotiate the perfect unit in a timely manner. She took all the stress away as I drove across the country to meet her in time for showings. That was invaluable. Anh went above and beyond, even having temporary accommodation ready as a back up just in case it was needed. The network she has through her brokerage allowed her to do so. The follow up post-occupancy has been top notch as well. She made sure I was settled and continued to advocate for me after I received the keys. If anyone is in need of a professional to handle their real estate transaction, I would highly recommend Anh and her brokerage. She saved me a few thousand dollars and made the transition from another province as smooth as it could be. Thanks Anh!
