I’ve worked out for year, competitive power lifting, wrestling, judo and rugby, but needed a refreshing boost to kickstart my post 40 mind and body, both of which were beat up. Peak performance provides more than fitness, it creates a culture. Great people, amazing attitudes, functional training. I’m well on my way to peak performance. They listened to my goals as well, and focused on those goals rather than “do what everyone else is doing”. In 6 months I’ve gained strength, about 8 lbs of muscle, and lost 2 inches on my waist, while gaining a seriously better base. To say I am grateful for the peak performance experience would be a vast understatement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kassie is THE. BEST. My husband and I realized we needed to make a serious change in our lives and decided to become more active. We joined Peak Performance for the quality of training we would receive and they did not disappoint. Kassie is able to modify exercises for our fitness level and accomodate previous injuries all while giving us great workouts. I feel very comfortable working out there and am always greeted very warmly by Brandon, Taylor and Kassie. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking to further themselves no matter your fitness level and goals!
