I would certainly recommend this course to others. I am giving it a 4 star only because the space of the facility is small. With a larger facility this course would definitely be 5 stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is my first time doing my ACLS course with peak excellence and it was honestly a mess. I signed up for the 2 day in class which was $250, paid for the course. THEN i got a notification that it got switched to a blended course with 1 day online and 1 day of skills training. FINE, whatever. When i went for the skills training, the lady instructor was aiming for us to finish all the skills within 2.5hrs, in which we ended up spending 5 hrs to do all the mock codes. I don't see how it's possible to practise all the skills within 2.5 hrs.
The worst part is after i completed the course, they sent me an invoice for an extra $50 saying i still owe them cuz it's a blended course in which they NEVER mentioned in any sort of their emails saying there will be an extra fee. If i knew it would be like this, I would have never signed up for peak excellence. I tried contacting them in which they ignored all my messages to resolve this issue and kept sending me the invoice. I'm writing this review now to warn everyone of this company and think twice before signing up for their courses.
EDIT: so funny how only AFTER I left reviews on google and fb that I got an IMMEDIATE response that my invoice is waived. honestly not impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Signed up and their return policy stated refund within 7 days cancelled. I cancelled and emailed about a refund And was told no refunds. Reminded them of their own policy in the purchase email, then they said they’d refund me. Only refunded the price of the course but not the tax that I paid for it. When you do a refund, you should refund the full amount paid.
