The people who says it's cheaper in the USA is incorrect. First off, the price is based on Canadian currency, which is less in value. Another thing is that you don't have to pay for tax.
Service:
There was no one there to help on merchandise except for the fragrance section and the cashier. They were all nice and helpful.
Merchandise:
They sell Canadian clothes. Sweater range from $35 to $60 in Canadian currency. There are also souviners. They are cheaper than the stuff they sell in Vancouver, but limited in varieties. They also sell perfumes, and snacks.
Ambience:
It's a giant circle. You first walk through fragrance merchandise and then the clothing section. Afterwards, you go through alcohol and glassware. Snacks and food are at the end. After you pass the cashier, there is a coffee stand.

β β β β β If you need duty-free type of things, this is a good place. I think it's most worth it for alcohols, but watch the allowed limits to cross the border of course.

β β β β β Good customer service in the retail store. Large cosmetic section with special pricing and duty free. Candies and other food items are gift like packages. Great for gifting. Alcohol portion appear to have plenty of selection.
One thing to stay out is the coffee shop unless you canβt wait. I ordered a medium almond latte. Simple. She made some extra foam no milk straight syrup coffee. In another words, XS, canβt taste the espresso or the milk with overloaded syrup.
