★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience for my sons first dentist appointment. All the staff were super friendly and great with my 1.5 year old son. The dentist was so good with my son and made it such a positive experience. My son actually had lots of fun exploring the room and the practicing going up and down in the chair!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First appointment for my 3 year old daughter was super slow and tiring for her. It started with almost 30 minutes delay with an assistant checking and teaching us how to brush. Then she told us that we need to wait for the dentist since she was already with another kid, during our appointment time frame. It took the dentist a good 45 minutes to show up. My daughter who was super happy and excited at the beginning, started begging me and crying that she was tired and wanted to leave. The situation was really bad. Finally dentist showed up and was in such a rush, it only took her 5 minutes to exam my daughter’s teeth almost running in and out of the room. She was kind, but spent no time. My daughter hated the appointment afterward.
I do not recommend this place even though it is super close to my home and convenient. I rather go to a clinic with just one dentist who takes time for my kid. Switching for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son sees Dr. Wong for his ortho! My son had his braces off today and I could not be more happy with our experience so far. Dr. Wong is a perfect mix of supporting kids to push through when needed and yet recognizing and honouring when a child feels highly anxious and needs to slow down. Dr. Wong tapered our treatment to the pace that my son needed - he gave us options as we went along to ensure he would not only have quality results but also to ensure my son felt he could handle the process. The staff at PDG are generally very good; there are a few that are wonderful including our hygenist today. She was knowledgable in trauma informed care and was incredibly supportive and respectful of my son's overactive nervous system. She gave him a tonne of empathy and choice every step of the way. We are very pleased with Dr. Wong and his team at this centre!

We decided to take Dr Wong as my daughter's orthodontist when we first met him 3 years ago and time proved that we made the very right decision. He is professional, knowledgeable and with great patient. He makes sure that my daughter got the best oral surgeon for her jaw correction and did every follow up to guarantee the best result. And all of the office employees are very helpful as well, especial Ashely, very nice and professional. Thank you very much, Dr Wong, and your office teams!

Bette who walked us through the options and payments was very kind and helpful. We’re just getting started with braces but I feel really good about this decision to go with Dr.Wong and his team.
