★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been told by one of the doctors here I will never be pregnant through the normal way and I should seek alternative methods as soon as possible. At that time I was shocked and cried all day, one part is facing the reality and second part is from the doctor attitude. I know doctors have to be honest and there is no benefit of hiding such important information but the way I was given it was horrible and insensitive. When I told dr that I can not afford IVF and I will try cheaper methods he immediately advised no benefit of trying to !! to continue the treatment I felt no hope as dr was so convinced that there was little to no chance of becoming a mom unless I did IVF which he also said a great chance for us it gonna fail the first time or get a donor. I wanna tell you and anyone reading this review if the dr has such attitude with his patients, patients as me would absolutely find another doctor who at least encourage them trying any fertility treatment available. Anyway I have a beautiful girl now without any treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service at the front desk and a very hard to navigate website. Took them 3 years and wasting $1500 on 'unexplained infertility' for them to figure out I actually had endometriosis and THAT was the problem. Worth it to go to Vancouver as they'll have to send you there for IVF anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. I had heard amazing reviewes from so many people. But the staff have been incredible, the drs are amazing. They fit me into the schedule ealier then I expected, (awesome when your waiting eagerly for the most exciting experience of your life) they are efficient, the centre is clean and everyone is professional and kind.
The Dr’s are respectable and the absolute best in Canada in the fertility field. I got pregnant on my first try, and am due in July.
I am so greatful to everyone at VFC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend VFC for couples who are trying to conceive for a very long time. Dr. Hudson and the team are amazing. We had try 3 rounds of IUI and it worked for us the 3rd time, they gave us a healthy baby girl ❤Thank you to Dr.Hudson, Dr.Graham & their amazing staff we are so happy and very excited to have this baby girl!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Wong-Merrick is a great doctor, but I've been calling trying to get someone to phone me back about the results of my endometrial biopsy (results I should have had almost 3 weeks ago now!) and no one wants to call me back...avoid if you want actual help because the front desk people obviously don't care! Demand to be seen ANYWHERE but here, even if you have to go to Vancouver to do it! A good doctor with terrible staff is about as useful as a terrible doctor...

After nearly three years of trying to conceive, two failed IUIs & a failed IVF with ICSI attempt, my husband & I recently had our first consultation with Dr. Hudson & are feeling really good about this clinic. He was friendly, knowledgeable, supportive & prescribed some supplements & testing never mentioned at the Calgary clinic. Only complaint is the significant waitlist to get an initial appointment, but we’re hopeful this is a testament to the quality of care & pregnancy success rates at this centre.
Fertility treatment is an expensive & emotional ? endeavour yet our Canadian ?? Health Care System considers infertility a lifestyle choice rather than a disease & there’s little research on root causes or prevention.
A reminder to be kind to yourself & others, cause the struggle is real!
Hoping to update this post with a baby ? announcement in 2020, meantime love ?& positive vibes to all on their parenthood journeys.
